Tutu length recommendations:

 6" long: very short layers, designed for babies
 8" long: Short and perky- a perfect length for crawlers and petite little ones
11" long: Standard length for 1 and up
 

Waist size (elastic bands stretch 1-2"):

0-12m: 16" waist
12-24m: 17-18" waist
2/3T: 18-19" waist
4T and up: 20-21" waist

All products take two weeks for creation and then shipping time will vary in addition to that.  During Holiday seasons these time may be extended.  If you need something by a specific date please let me know.  I will do my best to get it to you on time.
